It is always good to start your workouts with some pre-Pilates exercises: Pre-Pilates 1
This first workout is safe for all to do, but if you feel any pain during an exercise, skip it! You can watch once before actually doing the exercise. Pause and rewind if you need, and avoid looking at the screen throughout the workout, take a look when necessary and turn your head straight as soon as you can. Have fun!
